  3. It is the same thing in Greek and in all Latin languages…even in Chinese, Turkish and just about all other languages. There is nothing exclusive about that saying in French.

  4. You are wrong. I think you used a bad translater or something.
    I'm French, and “Vous manquez de moi” isn't grammatically correct, we would use “Vous me manquez”. “Vous” is the formal way to use “you”, it doesn't exist in English.
    When you're not formal, “Vous me manquez” = “Tu me manques.”
